An experienced business leader, Mr. Alangari is Vice Chairman and CEO of Algihaz Holding, a multi-sector, multi-billion Saudi Riyal, 46-year-old business headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Alangari has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has diversified Algihaz to be one of the leading Holding groups in Saudi Arabia investing in renewable energy. Through Mr. Alangari’s stewardship, Algihaz Holding has a growing international investment portfolio across six sectors: Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Experiential, Advanced Technology and Real Estate.

Mustapha recently joined the organization as the CEO for Algihaz contracting. He holds a BE degree in civil engineering and has more than 40 years of professional experience in various sectors in the construction industry, such as airports, power substations, desalination & district cooling plants, oil & gas, roads & bridges, high rise buildings and large-scale housing projects.

Mustapha is highly experienced in both design and construction methodologies and has led and motivated large teams to achieve the best results for both aspects. He enjoys unique communications, team building and projects control skills, along with a large portfolio of achievements in complex projects, fast track construction programs and landmarks.

Ghazi Osman has more than 25 years’ experience in business executive management specializing in project delivery. Ghazi obtained a PHD degree in project management from the University of Reading in United Kingdom, a Master degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Herriot Watt in Edinburgh and a Bachelor degree from the University of Khartoum.

Ghazi is amongst the pioneer certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) in Saudi Arabia, is a certified cost professional and Six Sigma practitioner and has written many academic and technical papers. Ghazi is also a frequent speaker and presenter at professional conferences in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Region and the UK.

Over the past 15 years Ghazi has held many positions at Algihaz from Corporate Planning, VP for technical affairs and more recently, he was promoted to the Deputy CEO for the Group. Besides his executive responsibilities, Ghazi represents Algihaz Holding as a board member for numerous companies in Saudi Arabia and abroad.

Sam brings 30 years’ experience in mega upstream and downstream oil and gas projects and in single and combined cycle power generations projects to Algihaz Holding. In addition, he has extensive experience with industrial plants infrastructure projects.

Sam has held executive roles for fortune 100 U.S. oil and energy companies and held senior management positions in the Middle East for conglomerate oil and energy groups.

As the Executive Vice President for Projects, Turki is responsible for the management of day to day tactical and long-term strategic activities within the business and capitalizing on industry changes to maximize company revenue.

Turki has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, delivering projects for Schneider and Saudi Electrical Company, before joining the Algihaz project team in 2011. Successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, Turki has delivered all projects on time and within budget.

Turki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has continued to improve his knowledge and competency by attending multiple international courses.

Ziyad is highly motivated professional with more than 25 years’ experience with large and leading companies in the Saudi Arabi such as Alfanar Group and Abunayyan Group, before joining Algihaz at Chief Financial Officer.

He has led corporate shared services teams, and has been responsible for directing the overall financial aspects, centralized treasury and SAP finance support, information & communication technologies, strategic human resource management and legal functions. 

Major achievements included building a strong finance team, through skill and technical development and improving teamwork culture. Ziyad reduced costs by consolidating processes and building a centre of expertise and digitalized processes through focusing on innovation, agility & flexibility, time to value, data security and change management. He also established a centralized treasury, tax & Zakat department and implemented Navision, an ERP System in trading, manufacturing, and construction activities. 

Faisal Alyahya, Director of Business Development, has more than a decade of development management experience for more than 80 projects in 12 countries around the world. As BDD, Faisal is responsible for strategic planning and overseeing Algihaz’s expansion locally and globally. 

Faisal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) from King Saud University and has earned his Master degree in Engineering Management (MSEM) from University of New Haven (USA) with First Class Honors.”

With 30 years industrial experience in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management, Andrew has an MSc in Environment and Safety Management which he uses in both industry and social settings.

Andrew has debated waste management policy with the Scottish Government’s Environment committee, was interviewed by the BBC on this matter, and represented friends of the Earth in discussions with Ministers on planning legislation as well as speaking at their invitation at public events. He has also spoken in over 30 international conferences growing a sustainable culture of safety within business across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and the Far East.

Having participated in a European pilot study to retrofit Sustainable Urban Drainage, this later became European policy, and developed a renewable energy plan for an existing manufacturing facility.

Andrew continues to assist companies save significant sums in effective/efficient waste and energy management and to influence business processes using his extensive experience in Quality to improve how safety and environmental subjects are understood and managed.
