Strategic Objective

Capacity building is one of the main objectives of AlGihaz Holding to enable the firm staff continue in providing quality services and high performance to the company.
The dynamic nature of AlGihaz, necessitates devising an evolutionary training model that will cope with the training needs of the individual staff members that change over time.

Training activities, at AlGihaz, is an integral part of its day-to-day operation and include every staff member.

All training activities have their primary focus the aims and objectives of the organization. The needs of the organization are given priority over the needs of the individuals. The main objective of the training activities is the strengthening of the capacity of the staff members to help them reach the objectives of the organization in the most effective and efficient manner.
Training is a very dynamic process, in that as the level of knowledge and skills of the staff person involved improve, the training needs will also change, and this is particularly so where the organization is in process of rapid and substantial change.

The Training process and associated activities are two folds:

  1. Qualified work force;
    All the staff of AlGihaz and their networks undergo adequate training to efficiently perform their respective tasks and duties and to support and sustain the fulfillment of all of AlGihaz component outputs
  2. Motivated work force;
    Training is so designed to ensure that all of the staff of AlGihaz and their networks are sufficiently motivated finacially and technically, to cost effectively perform the tasks which are set out for them.

Project management is one of the key training areas AlGihaz is looking for. It requires highly-advanced planning skills, leadership qualities, an understanding of the priorities and concerns of the workforce, sensitivity to the culture of the environment in which the individuals are working, the ability to know when to take a calculated risk and a greatly increased level of personal commitment.


Project management in AlGihaz is imperative as the firm undertakes a lot of projects and encourages its project managers to be abreast of PM concepts and skills.


Therefore, the training and capacity development team at AlGihaz continuously bring experts in conducting project management courses to allow the employees and the managerial staff follow the standard norms and practices of project management.
 

AlGihaz also aims to expand its training services to the general public who seek project management education. For that purpose, AlGihaz is developing its credentials and overall competency level in the realm of project management. The PMP certified employees will form the company's core towards its development and market competency. The desired results will be achievable thanks to the sustainable trainings and capacity building.
